CHICAGO, JULY 12, 2005 Newark InOne, the leading small-quantity distributor of electronic components and test equipment in North America and a subsidiary of global Premier Farnell plc, has purchased the assets of R&R Instrumentation and transferred all of its business and employees to a new division named Newark InOne Services. R&R is a regional distributor of test equipment and panel instruments headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with complete calibration labs in the Denver, Phoenix and Nashville areas.

Rick Rathbun, former owner and president of R&R, will serve as General Manager of the Newark InOne Services division. Details on the services and when they will be available, will be announced at a later date.
